Kirsty Hobson ‘19 is a part of the Lady Rams’ swim team. She will be a senior this year and had much to say on the upcoming season.

“The girls’ team is looking really strong this year,” she added, “With some new talent on the team, as well as the hard work the upperclassmen are putting in, we are all hoping for an awesome season.”

Hobson even had some advice to the new swimmers on the team.

“I would advise the younger swimmers to preserve balance inside and outside of the pool. Balancing our schedules is tough, but it is manageable,” she said.

“Hopefully during my last season we can make a run at the state championship—it would be a great accolade to achieve,” she said.

Hobson is all about teamwork and the Lady Rams look as though they are under good guidance with this seasoned swimmer who does club swimming with the Sarasota YMCA Sharks.
